No functioning hand dryer or paper towels in the men's restroom for a couple of months now.. Just got finished eating lunch and... noticed that there is no paper towels for the employees either above their hand washing sink behind the counter.. I witnessedone cook go outside for a few minutes, I am assuming for a break... When he came back in he went straight behind the counter andstarted working without washing his hands. I have contacted corporate... If this doesn't get fixed I will contact the healthdepartment.. Read more
What a great experience. I did a mobile order and was having trouble checking in on my phone (which was an app issue). They took... a while to get me my order, which was probably because of the app problem. But either way, they were very apologetic and gave metwo Taco Bell coupons and I never asked for anything like that or complained about the wait. Thank you for making things right!! Read more
It's Taco Bell. Not sure what to say. If you're getting food here, you're either in a hurry, drunk, or it's late. That said the... particular Taco Bell here in Harrison generally seems to get most things right when you order it. The only mistakes have beenpouring the wrong kind of freeze (which is quick and easy to remedy) and not putting the right kind of hot sauce. The onlineordering here works well too. Read more
When I order 2 Pintos and Cheese plus meat, and am charged for them, but only receive 1, then when I order and am charged for 1... side of cinnamon twists but do not receive then, that usually pretty much ruins my meal. It did this time as well. Sadly wewere just passing thru on vacation, so there's probably zero chance we'll return anyway. But if this happens to me at thislocation I would imagine that it also happens to local patrons. Hopefully someone who has the authority to follow up on this,and then will take care of these issues and improve on the service at this kocation. Read more
Order was wrong again, same thing happened last time, won't happen a third time. We ordered no tomatoes with sour cream we got... the opposite. Check the recipe it was right on there. Got charged for a Supreme burrito that no one order. Mexican pizza wasterrible. Read more
