Advertise sugar free. They haven't had it since early this year. Disappointing as it's one 9f the few things I can enjoy.
Walked in and the place had 0 customers but still had to wait longer than expected to be acknowledged. Everything else was fine.
My wife introduced me to TCBY, and it was amazing! Loved the White Chocolate Mousse!
I just had the BEST Banana Split in my life. Super nice people and very clean business.
The ice cream was great! I got to sample things before I outright bought a flavor and I'm glad that they do that. The employees... provided recommendations and were all-around helpful and fun to be around. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming too, sothat's great. It's not a Baskin Robbins, but it's certainly just as good being in an area like Harrison. I'll definitely begoing back. Read more
Reading the reviews, I expected miserable customer service. But I was treated great by a new trainee and the staff overseeing... him was friendly as well. I don't think the Fro-Yo and Ice Cream is anything amazing, but it's good enough to go back! Read more
This location is set up similar to the orginal stores in the 80's with a modern twist. I couldn't make up my mind but the nice... (patient) TCBY employee helped to create a delightful malt made up of a rainbow and white chocolate mousse. It went fromcolorful to a light green tea color that she topped with cherries. Oh it was the best malt I've had in years from any place!! Ihope she's working the next time I'm there or I can remember for someone else to hopefully duplicate. Read more
The drive through is needing a little remodeling. The menu is difficult to read, it's so crammed together is hard to know what... exactly is what. Other then that it's got some of the nicest employees. Great little TCBY Read more
