I get to Arkansas once or twice a year. This place was one of our favorite places to go while we were there. This time was a... total let down. The meats were all overcooked, the quality of the other food was bad and the desserts were under cooked andnasty tasting.. The ice tea was watered down I should have ordered water and saved the cost. Big salad bar and lot's of options for food. If you want a dinner with salad bar, it's only .50 more, so worth getting. You can... eat the salad bar and take the dinner home. I usually don't write negative reviews; However, this is well deserved even though I have had good meals here when I actually go... to the restaurant. I Doordashed steak and shrimp and a baked potato (and a side salad, even though not shown on Doordash). Thesteak was overcooked to the point of being shoe leather, no toppings came with the plain, dry, desert of a baked potato, nosalad dressing came with the salad. I had a bite of the steak and threw it in the trash and decided to do some intermittentfasting for the night. So, to be positive. If you want Western Sizzlin', go there in person. It's worth the money and they havea good buffet. Never, ever, get it delivered. Quality service goes out of the window. Read more
