I ordered a frappe with no whip, with extra espresso, and add Oreo and when they brought it out it had whip, I can not stand... whip at all and when i said something about the lady rudely said I didn?t see there, I guess I?ll make you a new one! The manager, Mark, was incredibly rude during our visit. They messed our order up twice and when I took the sandwiches back a... second time he told me I didn?t tell him it was supposed to be only pickle, and I did. He rolled his eyes at me, made jokesabout extra pickles to other customers while I was in the lobby, and was a bully when I asked him to stop. This man is not agood person. The service was terrible! I ordered two mcdoubles and a McChicken. When I got to the window to get my food I asked the lady... where the other mcdouble was and she said " I don't know! He didn't put it on the order." She had an extremely disrespectfultone with me about it as I as her how much another one. My wife ordered a big Mac with Xtra pickles.
