Sometimes customer service can be a hit or miss (everyone has their bad days) but the ice cream is always delicious! Really... enjoy going here now more than before because prior owner/management was so rude. I hope the current people in charge don't turninto their predecessor and keep up the good work ???? FLOORED it knowing they close at 11PM & walked in at 10:59 & they still served my boyfriend & I. No one rolled their eyes &... treated us normally. Why does this matter? Trying this place out for the first time, ordered for a delivery, the ice cream was perfect, the caramel sauce perfect, only... thing missing was the caramel drizzle. Will be back to try something else in store soon. Read more

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on lot of businesses since a consumer mindset to buy anything outside of... essential has crippled down significantly. Now by living with it has become the new normal, it is commendable on how thesebusinesses continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. We tried the Carvel atBergen street a week back for the first time and have already got our second pick of ice creams for a second week in a row. Thepeople who serve the ice creams wear masks at all times and they have hand sanitizers at the entrance for the incoming customerstoo. The store is well maintained and looks fairly cleaner. Now when it comes to the ice creams, we have tried the strawberry,rum and raisins, bourbon toffee and butter pecan and they tasted great. They were rich in taste and creamy enough. We got smallcups both the times with two scoops and the toppings went well with them. If you are in Harrison, this place is a must try! Read more
