Sahar, this lady working at Dunkin in Harrison on the Bergen street , God knows what kind of an attitude she holds, and has the... audacity to yell on every customer, first of all these folks appoint new ones every single day who don't know how to take anorder and on top of that such ladies, who barely know their work, just seem to be super rude early in the morning itself, spareyourself the horror every morning and I hope Dunkin removes her from her job, I would never say something like this, but somepeople deserve a reality check Read more
Horrible service, couldn't get a toasted bagel because apparently the servers didn't have gloves and couldn't help us with a... toasted bagel or smakin bacon. Unbelievable, who runs this place? If they are not prepared to serve the public they shouldclose down . Read more
The Harrison NJ Dunkin has gone downhill for a while now. They can't seem to keep regulator trained help. Our coffees were bad,... sandwiches under heated/cooked and there are hardly ever many donuts to choose from. Read more
Bad experience employee with AirPods did not take my order correctly I repeat twice what I want and he just charge me what he... thought was my order. I could not purchase exactly what I want because he decided to turn off the oven 1 hour and 20 minutesbefore the store actually close. Besides I saw a mouse walking inside the store. Worst experience and service of this placeobviously they don?t have a manager to control the type of customer service. Read more
Have been to this place on numerous occasions,but its always never clean, tables are never wiped down,and the staff always look... worked up. Updating this to 1 star,the morning shift ladies are just too rude,don?t even know what to give,horrible customerservice ,don?t give the right food and you have to wait forever to get your food,horrible management. They have all these employees and they all seem confused about what their roles are. They are never prepared for the food... orders. They just can?t keep up so expect a wait. For drinks but especially food. Unless you like mingling with other customersand watching half your order get cold on the counter. Then this is the dunks for you. Read more
Not good. Except few staff most of them are rude and do mess up your orders. If you want to listen ?Do you know what a latte... is??, when you ask them for replacement, you can always go. The Expresso machine doesn?t work in some cases. Read more
They usually out of stock from the menu which is seen . Otherwise everything is good. I like the ambience of this DD store
