Their burgers and Cajun fries are really tasty. A bit expensive for fast food but better tasting than like Wendy?s or Burger... King. I usually go to the Harrison location but this time my wife?s burger had a metal pellet. Luckily she was able to find itbefore biting into it. Read more

HUGE CUSDTOMER OF FIVE GUYS! I EAT THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY! THIS AFTERNOON ME AND MY COLLEAGUE WENT TO FIVE GUYS HARRISON NJ... LOCATION. WHILE MY FOOD WAS BEING PREPARED THE LADY MAKING MY SANDWHICH WAS TALKING AND HAPPENED TO SPIT IN MY FOOD. So there's no doubt that a 5 guys burger is better than...I suppose a 4 guys burger?? All jokes aside, I don't think they have a... close 2nd, or competition at all for that matter now a days (unless I'm the one grilling of course ??????) (seriouslythough.) Food quality is undoubtedly a 5.0 But the reason for the review was customer service. I was cold waiting at the Harrison train station and walked across the street to hang out somewhere warm while my friend picked... me up. Oliver and The Five Guys team welcomed me in their restaurant while I waited. I decided to order a burger and frieswhile I waited and it was really good. I normally go to Shake Shack for my burgers but it was my first time in here and thoughtI would try it. I?m not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. New: (8.2021) You lose four stars for completely ignoring me. I came in with my wife and we ordered fries. We order fries with... a little salt. There was 5 guys in front and obvious all notice am there, because no one else was there at the time. I justordered with a smile. They were joking and chatting, and I thought its nice to relax on the job. My wife and I just stand infront of the take-out counter and in direct view. We waited for the fries, becuase it looks like their cooking a new batch?people come and go... We didn't mind becuase it was fresh fries, we thought. 10 minutes later, one of them looks directly lookat me and says, "Oh, you guys ordered fries?" Then goes over to the fry area and dumped fries into a bag and some new fries? Wedidn't see him do it becuase he was out of view. I tried to give credit and hope to god he didnt just dump all the old fries inthe big. We got home and guess what? It really was all the old over salted soggy fries... So you mean you completely forgot Iwas standing there in plain view after my order and still forgot my order? (It was not busy) That is unacceptable, not cool~Waste of fries and just trashed it. Old: Nice place, good atmosphere and great service. The place is clean with lots of space,no mess anywhere. We only got the fries, a bit salty, but it is still good.
