The place itself is fine, the staff are nice but parking can be terrible. The lot is too busy and too full. To think they are... making Avalon buildings near by. Omg. They need to implement something to advise you when your order is ready because sometimesyou can't tell what's who's without touching and looking at and in everything. Maybe just put everything in one bag. Sometimesonly one or two items are ready until you inquire then they put together the rest..WANTED TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW, parking andovercrowding is only getting worse. I was in Dunkin Donuts on Halstead Ave in Harrion just to order a breakfast sandwich, the worker was using his cell phone while... preparing my sandwich...i had to ask him to please change his gloves to prepare food..i am a healthcare worker and i do knowthat cellphones are a breeding ground for germs so this is unacceptable while preparing foods. Everything at Dunkin is mediocre at best. The coffee and donuts are okay. The breakfast sandwiches are pathetic. You just know... for everything they offer, there is better version somewhere else. For example, their bagels are disgusting. Just go across thestreet for a real bagel. The only thing Dunkin has going for it is convenience. The Dunkin app makes things so easy. Read more
My "Go To" Dunkin. There is plenty of parking and it's easy to order on your Dunkin' app, wait about 5 minutes and pick up your... order. The staff here is friendly, fast with your order and extremely mindful of your food and safety. If you forget your mask,believe me, they will remind you. :) I also like that CVS is right next door in the event you need anything else. Read more
Staff is very friendly and deliver prompt service. It is management that does a horrible job at keeping inventory on the fresh... foods, in particular multigrain bagels. I order Dunkin? Doughnuts every morning, and 9/10 multigrain bagels are out of stock! At7AM? & for sequential days? Management need to do a better job at tracking the demand for multigrain bagels instead of forcingcustomers to have to resort to buying from another Dunkin? Doughnuts. Read more
I work in Harrison, NY and stop at Dunks every morning except when my 88 year old grandmother was diagnosed with lung and bone... cancer in June of 2019 . I began to travel back and forth to Pennsylvania to care for her and eventually I was gone for about amonth and in that time she died and after the funeral I returned home and then back to work. My first day back I ordered myusual coffee and wraps for breakfast. When I picked up my order , the employees wrote a message on my cup. " Welcome back" and"We missed you"....thank you ? I was numb that day but your little bit of love helped make my first day back a little easier.
