Had to run some errands around Harrison and need breakfast... so have the Bob Evans a 2nd try. Got the loaded omelette with hash... browns and a soda. It was decent... definitely under seasoned, but I'm not their target clientele. Service was good andfriendly. Won't be my go to spot, but would go back if someone else picked it. Read more
This was not a very busy place on the Monday afternoon we stopped in for a late lunch. The chicken dinner was awful, when you... think of fried chicken the way it should be and then you get boneless flat over fried brown patties, it's a huge let down. Thesweet potato nuggets were deep fried in an oil that tasted OLD. The filet of sole was ok but paper thin. No value for our moneyin this meal. Server was nice that was only plus. Hostess was not that friendly, never smiled, we felt like we were putting herout by standing waiting to be seated for several minutes. Probably will never be back, we do not live in area, but we thoughtwe could get a really decent meal since other Bob Evans we've been to were really good. Read more
Ordered food they did not give us all of our meal. Had to go back when letting Hannah know about the missing food she hung up on... my husband and stated she wouldn't help him. When we arrived the manager Caden gave my husband the missing food that still wasnot correct and it looked someone violently shook it up. He did add some gift cards but at this point I really don't trust thatthey would not mess with my food and don't want to go back. I requested just a refund but was told they can not refund the moneyback to my card even though I have a receipt for my food. If you make a mistake and don't give us all our food we asked that youmake it right and when they couldn't acted like I was in the wrong for expecting the food that I actually paid for. Read more
We bring our baby here all the time and absolutely love to. They are very friendly and always will to accommodate to get his... food out faster so it can cool down before we eat. Also the people are so kind, the waitress literally put our food in the boxwhile we clean up our son. We have came here more recently but it is just so nice to go somewhere and feel really comfortableeverytime. Read more
We come at least twice a year from NC to OH to visit my mom at Berkeley. Always satisfied. However my mom and I had the turkey... with dressing and mashed potatoes. It was the worst. Oversalting on everything except cranberries. Carrots and dressingovercooked. My sister's pancakes were cold. Very disappointed. This has been one our favorite restaurants. Read more
I took my son to breakfast today while out running errands. We checked in with a 30 minute maximum wait. We sat outside on... their waiting benches for an hour, and noticed everyone going in after us didn't come back out to wait. Upon inquiring, wenoticed everyone that went in after us were seated and the inside waiting area was empty. We've been waiting for food foranother hour. This was not a good choice today. Read more
It's Fish Fry Friday season and I stopped by and ordered a Fried Cod dinner. It came with 2 good sized pieces of Cod, 2 sides... and a choice of bread. I chose broccoli and green beans as the sides and biscuits as the bread. It was nice. The cod was batterdipped, flakey and crisp. The sides were normal for this type of restaurant and the biscuits were soft and cooked perfectly. Itcame with tartar sauce as well. The lady whom took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu and was quick to enter it andmade side and upsell suggestions that I would expect to be offered. We just moved the area and our favorite place to eat at was Bob Evans when we lived in the area before. We walk in and we're... greeted kindly. We sit down, & our server was rude, didn't smile & was just not patient with us when we asked about to go cups.The bathrooms were dirty and I had to crawl under the stall to unlock the bathroom door. I walk out of the bathroom andaccidentally hit another server with the door, she was extremely rude, and I said I was sorry, plenty of times. We most likelywon't be returning to this location. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the food was good. Read more
