Dropped in here for a little evening dinner well in Harrison Ohio. Let me tell ya this place is packed I saw the line probably... 25 people deep very very busy. As you can see from the pictures this is your standard chipotle chain with everything you wouldexpect. I would say it was good in every way except for their spicy tofu which I usually kind of like was really prettyneglected and dry you see from the picture it really kinda look like sawdust tried to pass on that go with steak instead. Walked in looking forward to Chipotle last night and when it was our turn to order we were told they were out of white rice,... steak and one other thing that I can't remember. As soon as they told me white rice I knew we wouldn't be staying. Out of 2main ingredients on a Sunday evening? How is that possible...other than poor management? Are we still blaming covid? Ordered online. Got a bowl. Got home and it was literally only half full. Don?t waste your time at this chipotle. They are... always doing stuff like this. This is not the first time my food has been extremely low portions but this time crossed the line.The picture is right after the bowl was opened up and has not yet been touched. This is insulting. This particular Chipotle is managed so poorly. From the service to the cleanliness of the restaurant it is a bottom performer.... They are routinely out of ingredients and under staffed. I have ordered several web orders only to receive incorrect or poorlymade meals. The store is tight with not much space and and the maintenance of the utensil and drink area is always missingbasic things. Recommend this place be high on the radar for regional management attention. Small improvements could go a LONGway to keeping business steady. Read more
It's good and I feel like they do decent on portions, I do feel like they should expand into a bigger Chipotle. Sitting area is... not comfortable and is smack dab in middle and around a bunch of people. So it's not really dine in friendly so I don't know whythey have it .
