The prices have become outrageous and they nickel and dime you with hidden charges. If you order their 5.99/6.99 pizzas they... charge extra for certain toppings even staying within the limit of toppings allowed. And what's worse, they don't tell you whichtoppings carry the surcharge. So a 6.99 pizza becomes an 8.50 pizza which is more expensive then other pizza places. Dominos in Harrison has delivered to my house multiple times. I tried to place an order on 7/23 at 9pm to which they replied... ?this is impossible?. They gave me no further explanation as to why this was ?impossible?. They have 100% lost a customer due topoor management and customer service skills. If this was ?impossible? they should never have delivered to my residence in thefirst place. Management needs to pay better attention, tonight I took my business to larosas, which is always quick hot and theytreat their customers with value. Read more
Good food, affordable, friendly staff, we get everything we order. Their stuffed cheese bread (with jalapeño & bacon) is the... best thing they have; we're kind of addicted! ???? I wish they sauced the boneless wings too but that's personal preference.Still worthy of 5 stars for sure! Read more
I personally have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with this store. Never had a problem ordering online or on the... phone and food is always fresh. I wish I could say the same for other pizza places around Harrison. Great job guys. Read more
Family and I Have always been a huge fan. But like every restaurant lately quality has gone down hill tremendously. This was... horrific in my mind though. Domino?s use to always wrap Hoagies with foil for freshness and provide a fair amount of fixings. Iliterally received a piece of bread with 2 peppers a piece and half of chicken and a pinch of cheese. Another I asked for extrapepperoni but only counted six pieces. I understand money tight right now for everyone but come on?.My three year old could havedone better. It makes you wonder if it was just poor workmanship or done deliberately . I never complain and I almost feel badwriting this but my whole family was disappointed and forced me. You guys need to step it up please. Read more
I ordered delivery just to find out someone mistakenly placed my order as pick-up. Called after 2 hours on why it never showed... up and then i paid a fee to change the order to delivery and waited another 30m. It never came so i called AGAIN and found outthey just took my money and never placed my order for delivery. i ended up taking my time just to come and pick it up. HORRIBLEcustomer service.
