We live close by to this Dunkin? and everyone is great beside the lady that was working the drive thru this morning. I have seen... her many times and every time she is grumpy and seems annoyed by working. This morning was the worst though, i ordered asignature pumpkin spice latte and she handed me a cold brew drink. I looked at it for a second and politely said ma?am i don?tbelieve this is mine, she then annoying asked well what did you order then and i told her and she made a remark to a co workerand handed me the correct drink. Decently quick service, super affordable compared to nasty Starbucks, always amazing coffee, nice location and close to the... highway. Tiny lot but that doesn't affect my review lol. I know this is not picking, but at the same time it?s an Egg!!! They are already cheap! Why use fake eggs? Everything was great,... until I tasted the egg. This used to be my go-to dunkin, but recently they've been taking a lot of shortcuts and it shows in their food and quality. For... instance, they've been cooking two egg and cheese wraps at a time which leaves them both cold. If I ask them to heat them upit's like they microwave them until the tortilla turns all crispy.
