I love Freddy's and I usually have no complaints and it's with the food. I ordered tenders and cheese curds and the food was... extra extra salty and greasy. I've never had food like this from Freddy's so I think they might need to clean the fryers andgrease traps. I love Freddy's. They always get the orders right. Take their time with each customer. Food is always on point, made to order.... The fry sauce is unparalleled in terms of fry dipping sauces. Their dessert options are pretty incredible from a fast foodstandpoint. The vibe is a classic fifties burger joint. Overall a great place to bring a family for an Americana dinner. Read more

Burger was OK fries way to salty, went there around 1:40 there was only 2 people eating in . HD tons of workers not many... customers. Should have been first clue. We're friendly when I ordered . She talked about how clean and good the food was. It isnot clean. The floors are greasy my husband walks with cane and it was sliding all over. The tables were dirty, dried food onlegs of chairs and I could see under the station were they dress the burgers and there was a tone of food underneath. Lots ofcleaning to be done but only 2 people filling things heard several in the back complaining about things and cursing. Not oneperson came around to ask if everything wasOK. Nothing. It was my first and last time there. They need to go to a Culver'srestaurant and learn what customer service is supposed to be about. $20.00 was to high a price for what we got. I would have loved to give them at least 4 stars but after the 4 strike.. I just can?t. First my husband order the jalapeño... steak burger and they don?t sell it. We get to drive thru and she asked if we want any sauce we said we wanted Freddie?s frysauce she said they are out fry sauce, then ask if they Freddie?s sauce they put on the sandwich?s, no Freddie?s sauce at all.Get our order and the sweet tea was barely sweet. Get our order home to eat and the extra pickle I asked for wasn?t on thereand the onion I asked to be removed was on there and there were NO ketchup or anything on the burger. I used to be a huge fan ofthis location. I am now second guessing if I will ever return. This place as gone down hill. So disappointing. Read more
