My boy picked frishes for his bday... We were sat and placed an order about 5:15 Sunday afternoon. We did not receive our food... till about 6:30. The server was extremely apologetic. Apparently there was only 1 cook.. Our order was 1 salad, and 2 ordersof chicken strips. And ...it took that long...He was so disappointed. I know stuff happens. Dinner buffet was disgusting. Went in the early evening when it should have been fresh. Many things were dried out, had been... sitting there without attention. Service was slow. Took a while to get a refill. Dirty dishes were on same tables they were onwhen I got there. Seemed to be plenty of staff but no one really working their tablets with the exception of a server anotherserver called Sally. Restroom was dirty. Highly disappointed. Read more
What happened to rye buns? Are they coming back? I love fish on rye, and love Big Boys on rye. The vegetable soup is never... consistent. It's either all carrots, no other vegetables, or just broth. I've always enjoyed Frisch's food, but thesechanges will definitely take my business elsewhere! Read more
We went in and didn?t get seated for a good 15 minutes. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and when we did get seated we... weren?t helped for a little while. The bar was open but the lettuce was all bad, few to no sauces (including the ranch they areknown for), and there was no croutons or any sides. When we got back to our table our drinks were finally there and one of thewaters had a hair inside the ice. I am beyond disappointed with Frisches and won?t be going back again. Read more
Vegetable was always one of two reasons I liked Frisches for but lately it hasn?t been the best. Today it had a funny taste... almost burnt. I had the breakfast bar. The bacon is most likely cooked on a sheet pan and they didn't bother to separate the straps so I had... to steal the tongs from the sausage to peel them apart otherwise I would've taken like 10 to 13 straps cause they were all stucktogether. The food is not tended to by staff so if an item is not stirred by the customers taking food for their plate then itforms a less than appetizing crust layer. Lastly, the eggs were not very good at all. Went for the breakfast bar on a Sunday. They were busy of course. The staff did a great job of handling that. And the breakfast... bar was really good. And everything we had was hot and tasted fresh. Husband and I were happy and will definitely come back forit again. Bravo to the employees working that morning and afternoon. Read more
Waited in drive-thru for over 20 min for our food. Ordered oinion rings and got French Fries and poor Big Boy must be running... low on tarter sauce because we had to take the burger all the way apart to find the dot of tarter. Not one of my bestexperiences. Read more
