5:15 Tuesday evening Wanted 8 pc meal all white/crispy... not only did they not have any crispy breasts or wings, they also had... no original breasts and only a couple of original wings. Really? No dine in option according to employees they dont want to open dining room because theyre lazy. Its 100am monday November 7... 2022 and the dining room is closed. So i went to drive thru. This location was the worst location ive ever been to. The coleslaw was dry. No juices that give it flavor as if they purposely drained it all. The chicken tenders were not cooked all theway. I'm done - the excuse for short staffing has expired. Shut your store down if you can't actually serve people. And I blame lazy... America for thinking they need to eat out non stop. Eat at home. KFC is famous for their Original Recipe chicken, so why does this New Haven Road store in Harrison Ohio refuse to give patrons... an 8 piece bucket of Original Recipe Chicken? The Harrison store has refused to give me an 8 piece bucket all dark meat OriginalRecipe for over 2 years. I was understanding the first few times thinking maybe they had been super busy and just didn?t haveit available but it seems this is Harrison?s policy. My husband finally called KFC Corporate tonight and understands thatHarrison?s policy goes against Corporate?s policy.
