Well they just had a lot of people and everyone went through the drive thru. It took a lot longer than I expected and by the... time I got home my fries were cold and hard. Also I had asked for ketchup, salt, and napkins. I didn?t have not one of thoseitems in the bag. So I?m just hoping maybe someone was having a bad day. Glad they hire young people, but someone needs to be in charge. Drive through on our way back to Indiana and left without my... order or a refund. When asked when it (my order) would be ready, no one knew. No one knew how to make my order, or where to findit! I have two grown children who have worked years in good service. I?m grateful they were given the chance starting at 15 towork. However, there needs to be some adult in charge. There needs to be training and leadership. If you are in a hurry, do notgo to this location. I left without my order or a refund because I couldn?t wait for who knows how long and no one could figureout a refund for me. Read more
Drive thru was slow. Ordered two quarter pounders, nothing that should have taken a long time to make. The sandwiches were dry.... Bun was dry. Meat was dry. Had plenty of ketchup ( I even tried adding more) was just dry. Like buns were really old. Sad sincelocation has only been reopened a couple weeks. Read more
Every little thing we ordered was completely messed up. I got a fish sandwich and they put chicken on it instead of fish ????... and my boyfriend ordered a double quarter pounder and not only did they give him just one burger instead of two, they gave himthe wrong meat. So he had one tiny piece of burger when he should have had two thick pieces. They of course fixed their mistakesand were very polite about it. At least they weren't rude on top of messing things up. Pretty top notch! This location reopened within about 3 months of remodeling and were already packed with customers. They have 2... lines open to provide quicker ordering as well! For a McDonald's I think it's pretty efficiently run! Read more

Since this stores reopen, I have ordered twice. The first time I ordered the new adult happy meals and when I received my order... everything was cold, I overlooked this thinking it's newly opened, tons of people it's fine. I just received my second order andit was terrible! I ordered a big Mac meal with large Dr pepper and large fry. The large fry had the same amount as a small fryin the container, and my dr pepper is literally tinted brown water with bubbles, but I'm thirsty so I am still drinking it butyou'll notice the color difference, and the bottom bun of my big Mac is hard and stale.
