Received my order tonight, it's missing items and my pizza was ice cold with no sauce on it. Tried to call and no one answers.
I ordered for delivery at 5:41 and did not receive it until 8:41. The pizza was old like it had been sitting around for hours..... tried to call multiple times and they would not answer the phone. Would love to hear back from someone.. Read more
Absolute waste of money. Only reason I bought it was because dominos is closed. I accidentally messed up the delivery address so... I called to fix it, but I was stuck listening to their obnoxious holding music for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again, andwaited another 10 minutes. Finally they ended up callling me and telling me I messed up my address, so I patiently told them thecorrect one. The food is hot, but that's the only good thing about it. The cinnamon sticks are chewy, the pizza tastes funky,and I ordered cheesy breadsticks, but instead got regular ones. The pizza and bread sticks were good. But I also ordered one of the big chocolate chip cookies. But it did not taste fresh and... was really hard. I feel like it was possibly a couple days old. I had to heat it in the microwave for my kids to be able to eatit. Read more
Usually have a good experience here, but tonight is ridiculous. Food was left at the door on a wet door mat. Cigarette ash was... found on top of the pizza boxes and around the edges inside. Drinks were also not dropped off. Tried contacting the store forthe past hour only to get a busy signal after several rings. Corporate can?t help because it is a franchise. She was very welcoming and very... professional as well as friendly and would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a fantastic pizza andwonderful customer service.
