This is an update to an earlier review. After a good experience a few month ago, and a positive review then, this location is... back to its normal subpar performance. Waited 15 minutes after notifying I had arrived for contactless curbside pickup and hadto go in to get my order. I tried to call the restaurant and the corporate order line also tried, but they never answered andthe corporate line abandoned the call. Inside, the employee said the phone never rang, so what?s up with that?? At thislocation, you have to take what you can get. Don?t expect anything above minimal effort and if something us not right, too bad.I expect, like other negative reviews, there will be a response identical to the others stating they are sorry to hear about thedifficulties and they hope to see me again soon. Doubt they even read the reviews. KNOW they don?t care. I left my name andnumber at the restaurant for a callback from the general manager. Not holding my breath. Read more
Since most of our go-to pizza places in the area are closed on Mondays, we decided to give Pizza Hut in Harrison city a shot. We... ordered a medium pizza at 3pm and we live a few minutes away so we were told 30 mins for delivery. It?s been over two hours andno one will answer the phone at the store and still no delivery. Pizza ordered was incorrect. I had only 2 toppings ordered...5 slices of pepperoni on 6 slices, ordered banana peppers and got... pineapples instead...you call the number and option 2 (for any questions) disconnects you all the time....option 1 for orderingdoes work (of course!) and then you can state what your issue is....but you get routed...the number you called is not the storelocation....called 7 times and put on hold while you get transferred and magically get disconnected every time! I called mycredit card company to dispute the charge. Beware of Door Dash and others of the like. many restaurants do not deliver and youhave to rely on using DoorDash etc....;one item on the restaurant menu was $ 21.00 and I verified by calling them, but DoorDashlists the item at $ 26.75....RIDICULOUS!...and you have to pay the delivery fee on top of that and also an expected tip to thedriver.... The pizza was not made to order correctly. There was barely any sauce or toppings. The cuts of the pizza were not close to... being in the correct size. The Cheese Sticks were not cut correctly. The Cinnamon Sticks were cut too many times and at odddiagonal angles removing the sugar topping layer. All of my items were cold. Everything was ruined. I had recently rememberedthat Pizza Hut was a good option and they made some tasty food. It didn't take more than 2 weeks and 3 orders to realize that Imade a mistake. So disappointed. Read more
I was very disappointed to find that both pizzas that I ordered barely had any cheese on them. Not even enough to cover the... circle of the pizza to put the toppings on. On the pepperoni one there are actually 2 slices that don't even have cheese onthem at all. This happened once before, but I thought maybe it was just a newbie employee making them and didn't knowquantities but the chances of it happening again and on 2 separate pizzas is ridiculous and tells me that they are being verycheap in their products. I will never order from this location ever again!!! I picked up food on 8/16/19. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. My order was... unacceptable whenever I brought it home and looked at it. We did not get the correct amount of wings. Can these people count?? Iordered 2 orders of wings, which is 16. I received 12 wings. My one pizza was terrible. I wanted a thin crust with only spinach.I got a stuffed crust pizza without the cheese stuffing in the crust. There was a gaping hole through the crust and the top wasopen. I would have rather had the stuffed crust than an unfilled crust. Actually, I would have liked if someone would readdirections and make the thin crust that I wanted in the first place. It looked like someone forgot to add the spinach and thenadded HANDFULS of spinach to it last minute. The spinach was cooked in some parts and others weren't. Very dry and inedible.There was so much spinach on the pizza, that you couldn't even see the cheese. How hard is it to make pizzas and count wings?? A previous time I ordered bread-sticks. They came in one big piece uncut! Seriously?? Maybe someone lost the bread-stickcutter?? The counter service was terrible as well. Myself and 3 other customers stood there waiting for our pick ups and no onecame to help for a long time.
