Zipped thru the drive thru Sandwich came hot and fast but the hashbrown was cool Tasted fair bun was a tad burned

Extremely slow service, employees laughed when I tried to have them correct my order. It took an additional 15mins for them to... make a PLAIN HAMBURGER, no toppings since they couldn't manage ONLY ketchup and lettuce. I received 2 incorrect burgers first:one without ketchup and lettuce, the next having nothing but disgusting mayo on it. I couldn't even get my money back because"manager with key was on break". Usually this place gets it right but today was not the day. The Big Mac is McDonald's iconic sandwich yet someone couldn't... figure out to make it properly. Just threw the second patty on top of the first, then middle bun, then top bun. Isn't there apicture there to assist? Read more
Not happy today I am very upset by this and this is a piece of egg shells I have found in the sandwich after I have a bit out of... it and please look at the size of the shell and is this really acceptable behavior or actions and I almost chocked on it again!And yes i am complaining this time! The food was okay the same as most, but I waited about 6 to 8 minutes for my order, and I was the only one in line. They seemed... to be fully staffed at the time I saw at least 5 people. I expected the food to be freshly made hot, but it was just warm afterthe wait. The two staff members at the drive-thru window were okay though. Read more
