Went out for dinner tonight with my daughter. Her and I we're seated in a area with no server. We knew what we wanted before... arriving. Unfortunately, we sat and waited over 20 minutes to get served. The food was delicious! We had a fun time, the serverwe ended up getting was very nice. The Mgr did give us a discount so that is a plus. Overall I would recommend this restaurantto anyone. Our food was hot and fresh. Read more
3 Years Ago, I was Here. Wow .. What a Change Applebee's!! What Happened to Your Cook? I'm Sorry but I got To complain ... Your... Tortilla chips Please Tell Me Why do You Serve Stale Chips? I complained Twice and the Same Chips were given. Shame on You ..next Time a Customer Complains I think You need to TASTE the Product You are Serving. Even the Bartender tasted Them and AgreedThey were Stale!!!! Also, Why serve Burnt Beer Battered Pretzels and cheese? Look at my Pictures Aren't They Beautiful but Don'tBe Fooled !!! Nothing Taste Good as what I ordered for My Guests. I Know Times are Rough but When I Complain Twice and You don'tCorrect the Problem that Is not Good Business. I will give your Establishment Credit for The Tacos and Quesadilla. The Bonelesschicken wings should not be Burnt to a Crisp and Thrown into Sauce and served. I do Criticize Food when it's Not servedwell. You know what Gets Me the Most is that Applebee's Mgr. heard Me Complaining and It's so Crazy to turn around and See Heron the Computer not even Looking at Me. She Knows The Problems! My family and I have been coming here for years to grab some lunch and dinner. Food is always delicious, full of flavor and all... for a GREAT price! I absolutely love the great options of drinks available! Every time I visit, I grab a different flavor oflemonades ? dragon fruit, blue raspberry, strawberry, and mango! I love the 2 for $29 deals! From the smallest party of 5, tothe biggest party of 15 ? I can say that all the different servers who have attended us, they have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Ilove the Bourbon Street Chicken and Steak and Sirloin Steak! Cooked beautifully, with flavor, and cooked with love. The bonelesswings are the best way to get your night started at AppleBees ? many sauces but our favorites are buffalo and asian! We willcontinue coming here for lunch and dinner! Excellent customer service and delicious food! Our dining experience was superb! Our server was quite attentive to our needs!... This Applebees is Exceptional! I had the Clubhouse Grille, with ham, turkey and Swiss cheese. My husband and I each had tall 22oz. Sam Adams (Octktoberfest). Our adult children each ordered a burger and had specific requests each. I gave this place 4 stars for a reason . The food was so good and tasty but when I came the waitress came after 10 minutes and... food late 24 minutes after I order and appetizers came after 12 minutes from order . But if I want to talk about food it's waswonderful and tasty spicial the grilled shrimp I really like it and I LL come back again just for this dish the mashed potatoeswas good taste so butterfly and the chicken taco was good spicial with the Asian style sauce it's like you eat a Chinese chickenbut in Mexican style but for wings I don't recommend it I ll come back soon to get some of this amazing grilled shrimp soon ???? Love the food service slow. Sat at bar bartender had attitude. I asked about Kemdall Jackson Chardonnay dropped it. Which is... stupid #1 Chardonnay in America. Husband asked about ODuells NA dropped that also. Whoever overseeing bar not on point!Applebee's it is not the time to drop ball. Disappointed this has been one of our favorites for years! Read more
