My review is totally based on customer service. The young woman who waited on us was not even considered less than perfect. She... was rude with her actions. Didn't greet us. Leaning on the counter. Chewing gum with her mouth open. Couldn't understand whatshe was saying when she did talk. No eye contact. No thank you was voiced. I felt so discriminated against. The workers are extremely racist . I was in line, and as soon as I got to the front, the waiter... closed the window and refused to open it until I shifted the line to the right, but as soon as I departed, she was more thanwilling to assist those of other race than black. The server on the right seemed upset by the fact that she was serving myfriends and Me. I made the decision to leave in peace and to never return. Read more
Standard shop at a nice location. Ice cream was overly sweet and did not stand out from store bought brands. The store front... needs a redesign. Too many posters and useless marketing. Just have the flavors, a simple diagram of different styles, and maybea picture or two of the signature items. I'm leaving 5 stars because it is a franchised location and most of these issues arenot in the hands of the staff, which were excellent. Read more
It's almost a shame that Bruster's doesn't make wedding cakes. One of the best in making ice-cream no matter the location. None... can compare. If you're in town and want to really treat yourself, get some ice cream here. Read more
