The food were all cold when we received them after more than 30 minuets wait
Had the WORST experience here this day. The place wasn't even 1/2 full. We sat at the bar and the bartender didn't even bother... to acknowledge us for 15 minutes. I finally asked if this section was open. She said oh, yes, I will be right with you. Thattook another 5 minutes. Not only that, but there were misc items left from the previous guest that she just grabbed up anddidnt bother to wipe down the counter. We got our drinks, again had to wait another 15 minutes or so to order any food and thatwas only after asking if we could place our order. In the meantime other guests had ordered. When our food arrived, had to askfor silverware from another server. Had ordered boneless wings and fries, the food was cold!! At that point, the manager waswalking by so I stopped him and said that after working in the hospitality industry for 25 years I had never had such badservice in my life! Our wait to even be greated, the cold food and all around bad service was unacceptable. He offered tohave our food redone. And gee, we are really busy!! At that point my husband returned from the rest room and said you knowwhat, never mind, let's just go. There was NO soap in the men's room. Read more
Amazing staff, generous portions, fun atmosphere! Sugar rim around my strawberry Margarita glass was a nice touch and it tasted... fabulous! Don't forget to order the everything pretzel knots, they were to die for! Read more
I ordered 10 wings with 2 different sauces. When the food came it was cold. I asked the waitress to have it warmed up. She... didn?t say a word and took the food away. Brought back 6 wings with a not so pleasant attitude. I know things don?t always go asplanned. But a poor attitude can make the difference between making things better or worse. Read more

This experience was alright. Having a part of 8 guest was complicated getting all of us sitting today inside, so we decided to... go for the outside patio. Our hostess was friendly, helpful, and attentive. She got all of our orders right and the onlydownfall was the time for our food to arrive. It was a Thursday brunch day, and it took them about 30 minutes to get all of thefood out. The food was delicious and packed with flavour. The burger was cooked to perfection with amazing medium and asianflavor boneless wings! The additional $2 for the smallest guacamole side was disappointing. The color was off, and it was veryoff putting, should not be called guacamole because there was no flavour either. Our hostess separated all our orders into ourbills promptly and did not make a single mistake. The wings were at great price with the ?Buy one, get one free?special! Service was good, food was great, just double think about timing and paying an additional for guacamole. Read more
They truly care about customers here and their wings are delicious, ordered the spicy garlic and truly enjoyed the flavor and... consistency. Great enviroment and servers are attentive and friendly. I recommend this place because of its unique ambiance.Enjoyed everything and hopefully be back whenever I Visit this town again... Read more
Great service. Asked the server for a beer recommendation and he hit it right on the money. Best wings you will ever have!!!!
