I ordered a chicken fajita sub late night at work to be delivered. After the drive over here to jmu, then I finished up smoke... breaks for residents & then went back to my desk and got settled; my sandwich was still piping hot like it had just came out ofthe oven. Good job Chanellos! Read more
The Pizza was hardly warm and the bacon cheddar fries was rock hard. The driver was nice so I was happy to tip, and If im being... honest I didn't enjoy the meal at all i ate one slip of pizza and trashed everything else. I am gonna make it as short as possible????So, I was craving for pizza at midnight everything was close and I came across this... pizza place which I never had so I made a call PSA: I HAVE MAJOR ANXIETY ISSUES! The guy picked the call and was super supersuper nice to me & waited for me to complete my order regardless of how many times I asked him to wait! I got Hot wings, Garlicbread & Chicken supreme pizza.. IT WAS AMAZING! I?ve never had such a fresh pizza from outside EVER! The customer service andthe delivery girl was extra nice.. CONSIDER GIVING IT A TRY they make delicious foo! The only thing I got confused about was thegarlic bread which I thought would be like bites as I normally get from dominos.. but it was sub with garlic and butter in emfrom outside it was dry but that?s on me I ordered the wrong thing so you guys don?t do the same mistake ORDER THE RIGHTTHING???? totally worth the $$$???????????????? I will not be giving them my business any more. Twenty years ago, they were very good. Not the case any more. I have had every... single one of my last 5 orders (over many months) either not correct or missing items (delivery). The new batch of deliverydrivers are VERY rude, and they shame you for not using an app on their phone to tip them. The quality of the food itself hasalso gone downhill, it's like the people working there don't care. Toppings thrown haphazardly on a miss-shaped pizza, subs notwrapped correctly (so all condiments fall off), and (I have to mention it again) there is always something missing from theorder. Sauces, dressings, drinks; something. Like some of the other reviewers have said, use Chanello's as a last resort, andonly if you have more money than sense. Read more
Nov. 13th 2022 1225 am- I just had a pizza and bacon cheese fries delivered to me and it was my 1st time ordering from... Chanello's!! Delivery was within the time stated when I placed the order and the delivery guy was very friendly!! The food washot and so delicious ???? The pizza was hot and cheesy, just the way I like it!!
