Ordered breakfast at 10. They gave the order to someone else. Waited 45 minutes for the food. Disgusting service and rude... people. Don?t care about customer service here. They didn?t even ask for my name at the beginning. As a sorry they gave me amelted frozen coffee as if that helps. Not going here again since they?re so rude and have poor service. The fast food establishment is nice/clean inside. The workers were all super kind and helpful. They have a awesome help your own... condiment station w/ any thing you would need (ketchup, mustard, mayo, honey, salt, pepper, sugar, 3 different types of creamer,ect..) I would recommend eating here to anyone.! Read more
While I know everyone is struggling finding and retaining good employees, at this location expect to wait a long time in the... ordering line and don't expect to actually get what you ordered. My order has been wrong every single time over the last fewmonths. Make sure you check your full order before driving away! The lines are always long but move remarkably fast. We went in to order and stretch our legs. Our turn to order was quick and we... received our food soon after. My son accidentally poked this straw though the bottom of his cup while we were wait. The ladytaking an order to a table noticed and right away helped, then got him another lemonade. We didn't have to ask or anything, shejust jumped in to help. Love there customer service! The food was awesome and satisfying. Bathroom was clean. Good place to graba bite. Read more
