Great food prices cheap

Usually I have awesome experiences here but China Star will no longer be receiving my business along with many of my friends and... family. I ordered General Tsos chicken and shrimp lo mein on Monday evening Tuesday morning around 6:30am I woke up puking andextremely ill. My chicken was NOT cooked completely so I had taken a few bites of it then placed it in the fridge around 11pm tocall them back on Tuesday since it was so late at night. I called them this morning since they were closed Tuesday and went inand was greeted by two EXTREMELY rude men. Instead of apologizing to me they immediately started hounding me with questions ofwhy didn?t you call us when you realized your food wasn?t done and saying that the chicken would have been cold since I didn?teat it until an hour after it arrived. I?ve worked in numerous resteraunts so I?m familiar with cooked meat and uncooked meatnot to mention when the lo mein arrived it was already luke warm per my boyfriend so sorry China Star that at 10pm at night Iwasn?t worried about calling you back just to wait 20-30 minutes on non cold food. When I arrived today I was not rude or illmannored I simply stated that I brought it two FULL containers of food and I would have just liked a refund since their foodmade me sick which the one man disputed with you don?t know if our food made you sick (it was the only meal I had eaten all dayother than granola bars for breakfast). I would understand getting ill tempered with me if I was causing a scene but I wasliterally as polite as I could be. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment that rather then apologize for theirmistake chose to blame the customer instead. China Star should really take some lessons in customer service because if I couldgive you a negative 20 star review you would get it. Read more

Best shrimp lo mein in town

Huge portions! Service was great! Food is delicious!

Have tried their Triple Delicacy and the lower fat Chef's Special with shrimp. Both were excellent - that latter surprisingly... so since I almost always find "lower fat" meals to be tasteless. The shrimp were plentiful for only $6.95. Service wasfriendly and prompt. Also, though primarily a takeout/delivery, it can be eaten there if one chooses. It's the best Chinesefood I've ever had, and I've eaten many places. Read more
