I have ordered through the app twice and both times they got it wrong I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and got no bacon.... Then I ordered a pizza and it was missing the vegis, cookies and drink when I came to pick it up. The customer service is goodin the store and it is clean. I have had no issues on ordering in person but personally as a former subway employee I think theyneed to step up their game when it comes to online orders. It is usually a time sensitive case for me on lunch so I do not wantto have to wait for them to fix my order when they have a line to the door in the restaurant. Read more
