My ma and I are from our of town, and Chipotle is always there for us. This location was understaffed, but I won't fault them... for that. When we got there, the line wasn't even that long, to the end of the wall, but it still took 15 minutes just to get tothe counter. We saw the staff was working on online orders between people (which is fair), but we're taking their sweet time anddoing everything so slowly. At one point, the starting person had piled four bowls up for the second girl to do, who was busychatting and giggling about messing up an online order or something. When we finally were able to order, they were skimpy withour rice and the meat; the steak had not at all fresh (but it usually never is, I find). When we finally got to sit down at eatour food at our hotel 3 minutes away, we found our food was ice cold, like it had been sitting in the fridge all evening beforebeing out out on the bar to be dished out. I'd say I'm never going back, but it holds no meaning because I'm not from here, so Inever will be going back after today. What's up with this place?!?! Worst Chipotle I've ever been to! Couldn't order in person, had to do it online. 4 meals - every... one of them wrong in multiple ways. They forgot the lettuce, fajita veg, and green sauce on my burrito, put Chipotle sauce on itwhen not ordered, rice was under cooked, and chips were stale. All our other orders either had missing ingredients orsubstituted ingredients without asking. I couldn't finish my borrito because of the puddle of grease at bottom. Worse chipotle location I have ever been in.. maybe worse and most dirty restaurant I have ever been in. The tables are dirty... but that?s not bad compare to how nasty their cooking areas and prep areas are. They don?t clean after nothing and they take forEVER to prep orders. This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. I ordered online because they?re never open inside and all of their payment... options never work. I asked for extra rice because they always skimp, and there was still barely half a scoop of rice in thebottom of my bowl. Then, as I try and put my fork in, I stab an entire unripe avocado that I have to pull out and I can?t eat.The chips are always stale and taste like they were made a week ago. I've been to this Chipotle location many many times and mostly had positive experiences. My last experience however will... probably be my last Placed an online order asking for chicken, extra rice and extra beans. Received the smallest portions I'veever seen in my entire life at a Chipotle. The portions were less than half the size of regular Chipotle portions, and i askedfor extra! The chicken was almost completely burnt and inedible, and the carryout orders were at the wrong table. WorstChipotle experience I've ever had. Read more
