NEW UPDATE!.... guys im really tired of entitled Karen's going at me 8months pregnant and being rude n nasty to crew n myself!... We can't help being short handed we can't force ppl to work! To start off, a friend and I were going to get coffee so we decided to go in because of us paying separately. There was a sign... at the counter that stated that they were short staffed and were only doing drive thru or mobile orders. There were at least 4dunkin employees inside the workspace. So we proceeded to go through the drive thru and were told that we couldn?t do twoseparate orders for one vehicle, even though there have been separate orders done in the past from personal experience at thislocation. We are just very disappointed in the service today, and we don?t know if we will be going back to this location. Read more
This Dunkin? location is near the Harrisonburg exit VA. We ordered bagel bytes pumpkin muffins and Boston cream donuts. Pumpkin... muffin has high calories but delicious and fresh. Got a Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich thing on the way to take the kids to school and ended up throwing my guts up and having... diarrhea for almost 2 days. It was the only thing I had to eat that day with no other connection to where I would havecontracted a stomach bug other than that. The cheese wasn't melted on the sandwich but wasn't cold so I'm assuming they justhave food set out assembly style and don't maintain freshness or sanitization much. Read more
We waited for more than ten minutes just to order water inside. They prioritized the drive thru line and ignored us the whole... time we were waiting even though they definitely saw us. They only acknowledged us when we walked over to the pickup counter andwaved at them to ask for help. Read more

The absolute worst Dunkin around. Manager named Nicole is very rude in the way she speaks to customers for no reason at all. My... order was correct I just had a question about an extra box and she just flew off the handle for no reason and kept saying ownerwon't allow, against policy, no and get out of the store. Do have the encounter on video as well at how she spoke to me, reachedout to customer service and they were no help either. I know I'm just one customer and it will not affect their business howeverothers should know the way they treat people. Read more
My mother and I went through the drive thru and my mother said she wanted to purchase 12 donuts and began her order. Instantly... the worker gave us attitude. We pull to the window and this worker greeted us with ?next time you need to say you want a dozendonuts? and closed the window. She returned the card and continued to smart mouth my mom so my mom made the comment that shewould like to speak to her manager and the worker snapped back ?she?s not here but she will tell you the same thing? and closedthe window.
