Decided to stopped by in the morning before a trip. It took 30 minutes for the 4 cars in front of me to be helped until my turn.... (Long wait, long line) I think that the wait time for coffee is absurd. I feel bad for the young workers because they wereworking as fast as they could, they need more help. I liked the deal that Dunkin? offered for the fall season - a Pumpkin CreamCold Brew for $3 bucks. Not a big fan of coffee, but this drink was good when mixed. The Bacon Egg and Cheese was nice but Iwasn?t a big fan of the flavor of the bacon, I like my bacon crispy, but I was served chewy. Read more

OK this is the 2nd time that I have been to this dunkin donuts., both times my order was wrong. Like get it together. If it had... been the same person- I might of understood. But it wasn't. I'm not really sure if they just can't hear thru the ear piece or ifthey just don't care. I order the same thing every. SINGLE TIME. I never have a problem anywhere else. So the 2nd time I goback around to the speaker box & explain what happened. She rings me up for a regular hot macchito. Not even with caramel. So Iliterally yell at this point that my order is a SMALL ICED CARAMEL MACCHITO!!! she rings me up & tells me the price. I pullaround &she proceeded tell me the price. I go to hand her the wrong drink & she acts surprised!!! Omg. So she said sorry. &said back to me what it was. Then GOES & MAKES IT. Wasn't even already made. I literally seen 5 employees in there. It's 25 minof my life that I won't get paid for since I'm 25 min late to work. I just can't. I want to yell and cuss. Oh and I didn't getmy caramel drizzle. I hate this place. Read more

Only person in drive thru line and still waited 8 minutes. All 4 employees on their phones while we were waiting at window, with... disposable gloves on while texting/whatever they were doing. Did not change gloves when took our bag and handed to us, oneemployee pulled up her pants while wearing gloves and didn?t change them. Egg bites tasted as though they were spoiled and I didnot eat. 2 cold brews were ordered exactly the same and one came stronger/darker than the other - strange!! Terrible service,will seek out other options before returning to this store. Read more

the hash browns were served piping hot and were not burned with my experience other places it is burnt maybe the machine in... which it gets cooked is not cleaned properly. The store was crowded with their commissary and no place to dine it thanks to postcovid times. Overall nice yes the washrooms were decent. Read more

Awful. Every single time. The only reason I even go is because my kids beg me. The wait times are ridiculous, even if I?m the... only one in line (as was the case yesterday). The most basic kinds of donuts are always out of stock. The coffee is always?being made? and not ready. Yesterday it took nearly 30 minutes to get an iced vanilla latte and a bag of Munchkins via thedrive through. They were out of cinnamon but told me I could have chocolate. Got to the window and paid ? was handed my card andreceipt in such a careless manner that the girl almost dropped it out of the window ? and then I waited and waited ? while Iwatched three teenagers chatting in the serving area doing nothing. One eventually came back to the window and asked if I got mydrink (no). The drink (barely any ice in it) finally was handed to me but no Munchkins. 15 more minutes go by and then I?mhanded a bag of 17 instead of the 25 that I paid for? a mix of chocolate and blueberry. They threw in 2 donuts to make up forthe shortfall. Whatever. I will not be back. Read more

The last time I went I waited at the end of the drive-thru about 5 minutes and then decided I would take my chances inside - I... ordered and waiting probably 15 minutes inside when there was only one person in front of me. The girl behind me put in herorder and she knew the girl working behind the counter. The employee then asked her which drink was hers and made it right onthe spot ................. WHAT??!! Very poor customer service. Just go to one of the Starbucks locations down the street...that's what I've been doing. Read more

It's like middle schoolers are running this place. They're milling about leisurely. They can't communicate that a machine is... broken so that we can adjust our order, instead we're sitting at the drive through window watching them fumble. (And that'safter we already spent 10 mins being the 3rd car, waiting to get to the window. Terrible operation.) Finally left with regularcoffee. Read more
