We were traveling on Interstate 81 and chose this Five Guys for lunch. Fries were piping hot just like we like them. The store... and employees did a great job; our burgers came out just like we asked. Unfortunately, we experienced a lot of grizzle in themeat patty. Took a while to get food once I arrived to pick up online order. Had to cook the fries? Food was good though, as usual.
Terrible customer service. Terrible prices. Our drinks were immediately forgot and wrong. $65 for two burgers, fries and a hot... dog. I don?t normally leave reviews but this needs to be known. Avoid. Not worth your time or energy. Read more
Terrible experience here tonight. Placed an on line order at 6:41 pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 and noted in the app... that we were here. The app indicated the order wasn?t ready, so my son went in to wait. At 7:21 I went in and asked for ourorder. It was sitting on the counter, ?waiting for fries? I was told. It had been sitting there so long the bottom of the bagwas completely damp and the burgers lukewarm. On top of that, the girl who made the shake was very snarky and practically threwthe straw at me. I very much do like eating at Five Guys once in awhile because they're french fries are very delicious and their hamburgers are... very delicious but the only thing I am dissatisfied with is the very expensive price of hamburgers at this location compared tothe prices of hamburgers at other fast food or eat in locations. I like the taste of the french fries I ordered but I was alittle bit surprised when I ordered a medium size but didn't get as many as I suspected even though the taste will satisfactory. Read more
Burger was out of this world but service was slow and tables were very dirty nobody clean after messy customers.
