It was pretty empty of customer s. At one point there was only 2 tables being occupied. And we still had a 30 minute wait to be... seated. Had to hunt for the host to seat us. And then we walked by at least 10 tables with dirty dishes and food still on them.Worse IHOP experience I have ever had. Read more
Our server Morgan was great had our food order out quickly. Food was decent, hair in the burger definitely turned us off. Seeing... employees in the kitchen cooking none with hair nets or hats was a bad veiw n turn off. Looks like waffle house from now on. Read more
My friend and I went to this location and put in our name. We sat outside for over 40 minutes and then a group of four came up... and put in their names and were called about 10 minutes later. We were still sitting. I then went up to the seating attendantand told them that we had been waiting a while and a group that just got there was seated already that had twice as many people.They told me that they had skipped right over us leaving us to wait so that time. Very upset. The waitress did end up taking usto their section and taking care of us with no problems but still upset we were skipped over after waiting over 40 minutes for atable. Read more
It's an IHOP, and the food quality meets that expectation, but service leaves a bit to be desired. The curbside pickup hasn't... worked once properly of the few times I've ordered it, and 2 of those times the order was also incorrect. In a pinch it worksbut you need to either sit inside or follow up on your order to actually receive it. Read more
The food was decent. That 1 and a ½ slice of Avocado cost 1.49. They are one of the Ihops where kids DO NOT eat free.
The place is starting to look run down. We were sat at a dirty table, and a dirty coffee pot was on our table the whole time we... were there, and was never cleaned. Someone beside us asked for a towel so they could wipe their own table. It took a good 10minutes for our waitress to come to our table after we were seated. Food came out fast and was good. The food was delicious and the waitress was awesome. But the waiting time was awful and the cleanliness should be better.
