This KFC catered our church picnic with 150 pieces hot and ready at noon. The chicken was done to perfection (several people... asked where we got the chicken). Should have known it wasn't going to be a good experience by the amount of people in the parking lot at noon. First off, the ... restaurant is filthy. The windows, tables, and bathrooms are not clean. The trash cans were not even easily accessible. Thecashier was very friendly. The food was okay. They really need to clean up this restaurant. I went in order today from a woman she walked off a man filled order I payed for 16 piece verite I got 12 chicken i told guy i... wanted my receipt told him I order a 16 he grab 4 little strips all the chicken had a burnt tast.. Lot of money to pay for burntgreasy and 4 little extra strips of chicken won't buy from KFC again...I see from reviews I'm not the only one..if you cant makethe food right get another job or shut the KFC down Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A RESTAURANT. We went through the driver through for 2 meals. They told us to park. 20 minutes later I... went in to ask about our food. They lied and said they were busy. There were 2 customers in the lobby, 1 car in the drive thru.When I said, I'm not trying to be rude but there's hardly anyone here. Then the manager said they were waiting on fries. I said,we've been waiting for 20 minutes. The manager told me to stop being rude. This was Thursday 8/11/22 at dinner time. At no pointwas I rude or say anything negative or derogatory. Ordered 3 new chicken sandwiches for the family and drove all the way home to see that there was small tenders on it instead of... the actually big piece of chicken. Always an issue with this KFC!! Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I paid for the food and the lady told me to pull around the... corner and park and they will bring out my food. I pull around to the parking space right outside the door and started waiting.5 minutes roll by and nobody yet (must be making my food fresh) I watch a 20 minute youtube video on my phone to pass the time.I didn't think I'd get through the whole video but I did. When the video ended I had enough and walked inside the building. Theworkers just handed over a customers food that was standing at the counter. When I approached the register the same lady thattook my order said "can I help you"? I have been waiting 25 minutes for 5 tenders and a fry, and the girl that was working thefryers I assume says "oh no I forgot"? Really!? I couldn't believe it. I've worked in my fair share of retail and restaurantsbut forgetting a customers order? It wasn't even busy. They gave me my food and when the asked me for sauces they put the sauceI requested and poured a tiny amount into a mashed potato container. The chicken was dry , greasy, and well over cooked, the mashed potatoes were dry, the macaroni had a dark yellow crust suggested... it was under heat lamp to long and dryed up the biscuits were as always great, as was the gravy, and slaw. I am verydissatisfied with the food tonight and next time I feel like chicken will travel to hardees. Yes I eat the food only because Iwas hungry and it cost $34.00. unlikly to ever return colonel not good. 2stars only because I'm not a total cranky old man. Read more
It seems as if there is almost always some issue with our order. Things are too expensive these days to get things wrong and... waste food. One time it was missing the cookies with our meals, one time they had hair in my famous bowl. Lots of time we getgravy on the potatoes even when receipt states no gravy . Sometimes they don't give you forks / straws / napkins. And I'm notsure I remember the last time I actually got hot fresh chicken. It's usually old and sad. Read more
