Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it?d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the... store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes foran employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counterand helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able toask and was told ?it?s in the oven, sorry baby.? And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time Ihad to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on apizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take yourmoney elsewhere. Read more
I?ve never seen a Little Caesar?s with a drive thru. You just drive up make an order and that?s hand it through the window (like... any other drive thru - it?s just different seeing at a pizza establishment). So interesting and cool. This was a clean LittleCaesar?s they had plenty of Hot and Ready as it is near James Madison University. Good service. I would come again. Read more
Ordered there fir pickup ready in 10 min. Cheese bread and 2 of the peperoni/bread sticks. Yummy. And way faster than DoorDash
Service staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered Italian cheese breadsticks and they were delicious as always. I top it off... at home with fresh spinach. It only cost me around $5.60. That usually last me for two meals at $2.80 a prepared meal, not tooshabby. Read more
I ordered a Thin Supreme Pizza last Tuesday evening! They were so Busy! Car after Car. Many customers ordered on line which is... the Smartest way to order. I paid for mine then drove around and sat for 15min until it done. A Very Handsome & So Nice AfricanAmerican Gentleman brought my pizza out to me. I asked for 3 Pepsi's & he ran back in & got them. Waited about 20 min for pizza. Pizza was OK. They didn't cut deep enough when slicing so pizza was tearing apart, was a big... mess. Slices were cut uneven...small and large slices. Front area wasn't very clean. Employees are not friendly at all, veryrude. Read more
A friend of mine went here to do a door dash delivery, once asked how long it would be to see if the order should be passed to... the next dasher or if she should wait, the employee directly told her it would be longer now. A second employee said she lookedlike she was going to shoot up the place. Honestly shame on this whole business for simply allowing your workers to be, one thisrude, and two this inhuman towards another human being. Management really needs to get these workers under control. I will neverset foot in this establishment again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this experience.
