The bartender, Amanda, made our evening wonderful. She had our drinks prepared for us in the first 2 to 3 minutes after we sat ... o She was O c leader in the restaurant, since all the waiters and staff went to her with questions and problems. She mentionedthat someday she wants to own her own bakery, and I hope she does, and I?m sure she?ll be great at it. We both had the baby-backribs, which were excellent, along with a house salad. Actually, this is the third restaurant we went to for dinner that night.we had to leave Charlie?s, and the Olive Garden, since we had waited at each one for over 20 minutes just for our drinks. Thestaff at each of those other restaurants were completely untrained. If we?re ever in the area again we will definitely visitthe Longhorn. Read more

Food was good. Staff was AWESOME! Great waitress! Management came by the table to check in as well. Was VERY busy (Mother's Day)... so understandably a bit loud. With how busy it was at the time we were there I was quite happy with the number of times ourwaitress checked with us. However, just a tad pricey in my opinion. Read more
My medium steak on my birthday. My waitress asked me if I wanted My steak re heated or a new one. I said a new one. The manager... came by after with two plates and asked us again if we wanted it re heated or new steaks. There was no apology for the mistakeand he clearly did not want to give us new steaks or he would have taken our plates. Then when the new steaks arrived he musthave tried to shame the cook because he had him deliver it out to us and make sure it was done. Poor service from poormanagement. I can forgive the cook because he may be learning, but there was no excuse for the manager at this location to noteven acknowledge the mistake with an apology. Read more

Wow! This place was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely make this a go to in my restaurant rotation. The food was... served fast and fresh, and the steak was nothing short of phenomenal. Worth the wait! Although the wait wasn't long at all if you do the online waitlist. Just be sure to let the host know when you... arrive. Sat almost immediately when arriving. Inviting atmoshere and friendly staff. Ordered the 8oz sirloin and parm crustedchicken. Enough cannot be said about the food! Steak was cooked to absolute perfection, delicious flavor, and melted in yourmouth. The chicken was like biting into a cloud. So soft and full of flavor! I had heard good things about Longhorn, so I had high expectations. Man, did they deliver! My ribeye was perfect, a great cut... and cooked perfectly. We were a party of ten, so there was a bit of a wait for the food to come out, but that is to be expectedwith a large party and a busy restaurant. The only issue was my mother's filet. She asked for it to be cooked medium, and itcame out very well done and dry. Waiter took it back and got her another one, but this one came out a little too red for her.Maybe they should butterfly their filets to make them easier to hit the right level of doneness? All in all a terrificexperience and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Read more
