As a DoorDash driver, this place is subpar. Today, the morning manager refused to give me an order until a DoorDash... representative called him to tell him to give me the food. He was very unprofessional and very rude. His pants were practicallyfalling off him. I feel like he may need further customer service training. As a customer, I have had awful experiences (ordersbeing incorrect) on the weekdays in the morning. But during the evening, my orders are usually accurate. This McDonald?s used to be good but now FOUR TIMES IN A ROW I have not received all of my items (missing 2 or more at least) or... they given me the completely wrong order. FOUR TIMES?! Even when I called in and came back to recieve MY order, they got itwrong again by leaving items out. I am over this McDonald?s location and how far it has fallen in only 2 months time or less. Most of the time, they don't have ice-cream or their machines are not working, but thier drive through service are amazing.
Just came through the drive-through Place an order on the app, and something happened with the afterward didn?t fully take the... order so I wanted to pay for another drink and a medium fries, and the woman told me with my Screamin one year-old and sleepingthree and two year old that she could clearly see to come inside because she was understaffed and it?s McDonald?s in her exactwords what do you expect. My husband and I would go to this McDonalds location using drive thru. Every time I get my order my sandwiches always look like... they just threw on the condiments on it like there?re serving an animal. Well today, I got my order and just have had it withthis location. Managers Please teach the employees there to serve and do their job a lot better. You?re serving human beingsand not animals!
