There decent service is slow sometimes and I've had a few messed up orders is why I didn't rate higher

I ordered a cafe drink, it was super fast, even during rush hour. They taped the reciept to the drink. They seem like,... efficient. I am from out of town. I usually give people bad reviews when they mess up, so I gave a good review. There. Read more
We ordered smoothies and several other items. Instead of telling us the machine was down, they charged us. Then at the window... they told us it was down, did we want something else. I asked them to just take it off and handed my card to them. He walkedaway, came back, and asked again if there was something we would like to substitute. I asked for the manager. The manager saidthey were changing out the drawer and it would be 15 minutes before they could refund my money. And asked again if he couldsubstitute something, anything, instead. So there I sat, looking at the row of the four other registers, with a manager whoboldly lied to my face. (You can refund money at any register not just the one the original charge was on. And food is cheap,so the store makes money if he keeps my money and gives me food instead. Even if I asked for more than what I'd spent.) Idecided my choice was to order several fish sandwiches and apple pies and never come back here. An event later made me wish I'd demanded my money back. I had also ordered just a meat patty for our dog. After I gave it to her she threw up a total ofseven times. Live and learn. Read more
This has to be the WORST store in the history of the franchise. I ordered TWO Big Breakfasts, TWO Sides of sausage gravy, two... hashbrowns. I got 2 sides of gravy and 2 sausage gravy and biscuits l and hashbrowns. This location consistently gets ordersWRONG. They are so slow and $20 for the wrong meals. Read more

Need new management. 4th time I've had raw beef pattys. This location needs to be shut down. How has this is still ongoing.... burger meat is brown after fully cooked. Not slimy and pink. Also tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone. Iget it's only mcdonalds but cooking fast food is literally common sense. Read more
