We were a party of 7 coming in during the week, we?re from out of town on vacation and we don?t have an O?Charley?s back home,... so we decided to try it. I believe the server?s name was Alex, he was absolutely incredible. He was quick, friendly, and madegreat conversation with all of us during our visit. We sat down and ordered two martinis, one with olives and one with lemon peel. The waiter came back after about 10 minutes and... asked if we wanted olive juice? We said just olives. After another 10 minutes, I went to talk to the bartender. She hadn?t evenstarted making our drinks. There were only about four customers in the whole restaurant. She then proceeded to make 1/4 of onedrink, and then started putting out the lemons and lime quarters on the bar. When I asked what she was doing, she said - wellyou wanted lemons didn?t you? She clearly hadn?t been trained and didn?t have a clue. I don?t mind incompetence, but badattitude on top of that is just not acceptable. We walked out. Read more
The bread was 3 days old and my side salad tasted wet and old cartons where stale, now I order the chicken strip and fries it... was a lot of food but the chicken was huge piece thick and gross and fries where ok..My husband got the knew stake nachos hesaid they where ok just didn't have any caso cheese on them just dry chips we won't be back Read more
It was good but nothing that I need to come back for. The best things were the breaded pickles. It seemed like it had seen... better days, the waitress was very nice though. Nothing bad about the place, just okay food. Read more
The for a limited time taste of summer, pick two for $14.99 is a win win and enough food to split with two people! Best chicken... tenders hands down! I enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and crab cake as well! A little pricey for lunch, but it was worth it! Read more
PERFECTLY cooked filet mignon, fall off the bone ribs, best chicken tenders EVER, and a FABULOUS new brownie bites dessert... topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauces! Our server, Brittany, was fantastic and themanager, Rob, was so kind and could be seen helping servers clean tables, seating guests at the door, and checking in on guestsmaking sure their food was great. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well for hot, delicious food that came out very timely for aSaturday night! This restaurant ran like a well-oiled machine tonight! Update: Had dinner again at O'Charley's Friday, September 25th, 2021 and had a party of 9!! Food was delicious as usual!! Our... waiter was on point making sure to refill our glasses and mixed drinks (they have awesome mixed drinks), and rolls!! We had ablast!! Great family and friend time!! The environment there is awesome!! (Added some photos) We had a party of 11 and ourserver did an amazing job!! Food was delicious as usual ???? Love the atmosphere at O'Charleys!! Overcooked the steak and the server took a half hour to even take our order. Dropping off drinks and rushing away not asking of... we were ready to order... which we were because we were starving after traveling for 10 hours . Leading me to believe the overcooked steak was a result of being left in the window and not the kitchens fault even though it was slow and only a few tableswhen we arrived. Perhaps she was just inexperienced but it ruined our meal and experience. She did ask of we wanted torecommend but after waiting nearly an hour to eat we declined . Didn't ask for discount or credit we just wanted to leave atthat point. We had to clarify for her several times when we did finally order. I didn't want to tip but since I've been a serverI did in spite of the bad experience. The rest of our food was good. Read more
