I usually love Panera Bread, but we went to this one two days in a row for dinner and both times they were out of almost all... their bread! The first day they made our sandwiches on burger buns. The second day I asked for a bread bowl for my soup and theysaid they were out, then I asked for a grilled cheese and they said they were out of the bread it?s normally made on. When Ifinished the order they told me that unfortunately they didn?t have any French baguettes? I will say that the soup and chickenteriyaki were good. Read more
I was in the other day and saw the management team and other surrounding coworkers degrading and putting down a lovely girl who... seemed like she was just starting out there (maybe was in her first few days of training). she seemed very uncomfortable as towhat was happening especially in front of customers such as myself, I almost wanted to say something but thought that leavingthis review was eye-opening enough, and if it isn't then that shows us what the problem is as if it wasn't blatantly obviousalready the management. One of my favorite places to eat anywhere, and a nice escape from the bedlam of Harrisonburg! The person taking orders could... not have been more pleasant. We just ordered value duets (Smokehouse BBQ and Tomato Soup), but they do not skimp on them atall. These were prepared exceptionally well, and were perfect for what we wanted. Read more
The service and fare are always great at this location. The bathrooms are kept clean and well stocked. We usually come after 2... pm or 6 pm to avoid the lunch time and after work crowd. Read more
I expected alot more from the pix and the prices. I got a larp speaking attendant. I got the popular pictured salad the... poppyseed strawberry chicken salad. The top looks awesome but I wouldn't eat that smelly chicken and it was a TON of iceburgelettuce. The dog was hesitant to eat the chicken but she did after a while, hope that goes well. The pix I put on here is of thetop of the salad and the parts I wouldn't eat. I won't waste my money again. Wendy's is better even. All the employees there are always so nice and fast but Alesia is the best worker there in my opinion, I go in just about every... morning to get an ice coffee with caramel and as soon as she sees me walking through the door she already knows what I want (Iknow easy order but still) and she takes it upon herself to even melt the caramel so it mixes better in my coffee. I Love Panera!! They have Free Wi-Fi that Everyone can use to Work while You Eat if Need be or just Relax and eat & enjoy... laughing with Friends on Facebook!! I ate a Delicious Bowl of Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Soup w/ a Half of Roasted Turkey onFrench. Yum!!! Their Bagels, Breads , Pastries are All Homemade and Everything is so Delicious!!! This was my first bad experience with Panera, so I?m disappointed. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and they were out of salads,... fruit cups, and bread bowls. The doors, windows, floors, restrooms, and countertops were all dirty. The heat wasn?t on, verycold inside. The girl taking orders wasn?t very helpful, but the two kitchen staff handing out food were. I?m sympathetic tostaffing shortages these days but these were signs of extremely poor management.
