Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order on the Papa Johns app we order from Papa Johns often last... month we stayed at a hotel locally and had ordered food apparently that address saved in their system but not on my app I madesure to check the address as I just moved so I know they had the correct address on the app they still proceeded to deliver myfood to the hotel and informed me it must had auto saved on their end and they just left my food at the hotel when theyrealize they had brought it to the wrong place! I had no idea! nobody informed me I called to ask where my food is she told mewhere she delivered it that she was a manager I explained the situation Offered to screenshot the app and show my id sheContinued asking me questions making it seem like I wasn?t who I offered to show that I had the correct address on my end shesaid she didn?t care she refuse to tell me if she left my food with a person or just at the front desk refused to remake myorder refused to deliver my order it was $40 worth of pizza I?m a single mom that?s a lot of money to me so I asked to speak toanother manager and I asked for corporate numbers they would not give it to me they not give me their general managers numberthey would not give me anybody?s names And told me the only number I was going to get was on the front door Which was just thestores number told me that he would remake my food but they refused to drive it to me I had to come pick it up all the wayacross town with three kids at 9 o?clock at night when I got there he was extremely rude and to be honest I was a little worriedto eat my pizza or feed it to my children I was hoping he didn?t do anything to my food by the way he was acting! he did tellme the lady I spoke with was named Courtney didn?t even offer an apology and only said he would remake my food when I let himknow I was going to be calling the store first thing in the morning! This is a review of the website and the phone service. Not the pizza. Pizzas good. Tried to get dinner. No option to pay cash... online. Call in. 8 minutes into the call center convo, we can't match that. Let me forward you to the store. 5 minutes intothat, oh yeah, we can't match that deal. Which would add $8 to a $34 total. Like, I was trying to tip to 40. Not $42 tipped to$50 Dude at the store was much faster and helpful. Wish the line went directly to the store. So I'll go local. Read more
They?re always pretty quick! Quality control is a little spotty. I always order the same pizza and sometimes it comes with lots... of sauce or almost none. Thick fluffy crust (yum!) or thin crust. Even though I always input the order the same. That said Ilike them and they have earned my continued patronage. Read more
Ordered the Shaq-a-Roni pizza [which includes Xlarge pizza with Xtra cheese, and Xtra pepperoni] yet what I ordered looked... nothing like what is being advertised. I called and explained the issue, explaining that I felt like I was shorted and that thiswas false advertising. Yet what I was told is "Not every pizza will look the same." - Sure, but they can look like the freakingadvertisement at least. The bottom photos show two pizzas that I ordered on separate occasions compared to what is beingadvertised. I have also gone out my way to contact Rob Lynch as well. The CEO of your company. Honestly my favorite pizza in the world. BBQ chicken with extra cheese. Do yourself a favor and try it.
Not entirely sure what happened recently, when I visited this location last, but a person, along with myself placed an online... order from here, (Pizza & Pasta) the pizza turned out great like usual, the bowl on the other hand, is entirely another story(as seen on commercials) also from the picture below there's clearly no Pasta at all, just meat & cheese everything was slidinto the corner to show this, hence the reason for this review, if you're going to label something as a "Pasta Bowl" please forthe love of God, add PASTA!????????
