What is the point in reserved parking when staff will not clear the free loaders out. Paid for a spot knowing that I would not... get in until after 1am and no spots available. When in and talked to staff which was of no help at all. But they did give me anumber to corporate to call. But wait thier closed. So at 1am no hours no place to park and not even a refund for the space.Thanks pilot for NOTHING. Read more

I stopped here earlier today, 6-27, was raining and I was rushing to my truck, parked in 1st spot by fuel island. Pretty sure I... dropped my spare key and didn't realize it at the time, but that's the last place I saw it. If anyone found it and turned it in,I'd like to be contacted. The staff are super friendly, pizza was hot and fresh. Have you ever taken a shower under a fire hose? While not literally that... extreme the water pressure here is fabulous! The parking lot is very large and has a great view if you're stuck here forawhile. The only thing missing is beer but that's available across the street within walking distance. Read more
No pizza or French toast breakfast sandwiches at 3am. We must not be hungry that early. All trash cans full with nowhere to put... trash. If the dumpster wasn't in a fortress I would throw my trash there. Read more

Very odd entrance/exit and a pain to drive a truck in for fuel. Small parking area but clean. Showers were OK, same with the... restroom. Wish I could remember the ladies name at the counter, she was great. When I went inside there was a very large linebut the crew all jumped on a register and the line was quickly gone with four registers open. That was great. Wish it was Moe'sat this location but sadly it's just another Subway which isn't that great. I'm so over Denny's, Wendy's and Subways at nearlyevery Pilot/Flying J. They really need better quality offerings which some have. I'd rather they permit a couple food trucks tobe here than Subway. I'm here often running from FL and back, normally just grab fuel and a snack, first time I've taken my 10hours here and it's been good. I've spent far more on stuff than I usually do so they made their money I'd of me, lol. Read more
Had a free shower credit decided to use it while I was here my first complaint no ac in shower rooms one little fan is all I had... to ask for my towels and after asking for them was rudely treated ok a free shower but still that?s 50 gallons of diesel I hadto buy dont stay here unless u wanna walk to far as hell to the store cause it?s a walk even from the handicap semi spots Read more
