It was not a good experience because as the young man is asking me what I wanted he continuously wiping his eye and scratching... his nose. I kept observing him while letting him know I wasn?t ready. By then the young lady asked me what I wanted.. as I?mtelling her , he is approaching while putting his finger in his eye and then scratching his nose. All the time looking at me. SoI felt the need to tell him that what he?s doing is not conducive to his job of handling food and serving.he said he was goingto wash his hand. But I told the lady that I didn?t want him to touch my food. I paid and left with an uneasy feeling in the pitof my stomach. I don?t think I will return to that restaurant. Read more

Food tasted fine until I found a huge hair in my bowl. Absolutely unacceptable - will not be eating here again.
Paid $6 for this ?kids meal?. They were out of regular milk and spoons.
Ordered delivery. First off, when you go on the website, it does not dictate wether the store itself will be the one delivering... or if another service like door dash will be delivering. So I got stuck with door dash. Order was cold upon arrival to myhotel room, and then on top of that they missed chips and salsa, my brownie and more importantly one of the 3 burritos Iordered. So I called, and they pretty much acted like they didn?t care, got passed around between two associates, before Ifinally got someone who could handle the situation. However, they just wanted to refund me for the food they missed, problemis, I still wanted the food. After I told them I still wanted the food, they at least still made it, but refused to bring theorder to me, which meant I had to go there myself. Why would I order delivery if I was just going to pick it up. Long storyshort, I got the food, and am still waiting for the refund. Needless to say, save your money and just go to chipotle. Betterfood, bigger portions and better service even if you have to drive. I will be anxiously awaiting my refund and would hope someupper level management calls me about this. VERY UNSATIFIED. Me & My 2 Friends went in for Lunch at QDOBA Mexican restaurant for Whom Won ..... "The Best Fast Casual Award for 2022" so We... had to go and Explore and See if it was True. A Little Expensive as We Read Their Menu But Worth Every Bite ... They haveChanged. Much Better Menu and The Food is Much Better too. I see Why You Won the Award! The Beef & Chicken Burritos are Huge, asWe stood in Line watching Them be made for the Customer Ahead of us. We ordered 3 Grilled Chicken Taco Salads and 1 SteakQuesadilla. The Restaurant was Clean, the Food was Good and the Staff was Kind. Read more
The Impossible plant based meat here is delicious. I've never had a bad meal at this place. Been eating here for years.
Highly suggest against ordering catering or any large order from here. I ordered catering for an event, and made the order... almost 2 weeks in advance. I get there the day of and the order hasn't even been started so they called their catering managerin to make the order--- she makes it and it's completely wrong so I have to go back in just for her to tell me they don't haveenough meat to make my order.....the order I placed weeks in advance. So of course I wanted my money back or it discounted. Thegeneral manager called and offered a free taco bar to make up for it, it was supposed to be picked up today at 1 pm on 11/1 so Icalled ahead this time to make sure they had it. They didn't have the order nor did they have any idea what I was referring to.I was told they would relay that to the general manager. I have yet to hear anything back.
