I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire while here, and the employees went above and beyond to make surethat I was not only safe, but they also helped change my tire. Be careful! I placed an order thru the Sheetz app and the bag was tied closed. So I didn't know until I got home that some items... were missing. Because I didn't order thru Door Dash or Grub Hub they said I couldn't get a refund. They did say they wouldreplace it at some point but not sure it sounded very promising. Moral of the story don't use the Sheetz app. Sounds like DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grub Hub would be a safer bet. Read more

Just got the worst steak sandwich I've ever had. Two of them. Went pretty much straight into the can. Hard old bread. The... fixings were thrown together in a way that made them impossible to eat. Just fell apart. It was like the kid that made them wasmaking a joke! He also wore his mask on his chin, so why bother. Never gets an order correct. Manager has an attitude. And when you call them to deal with the incorrect order they flat out just... dont answer the phone. So much to the point that you have to call their corporate office just to get things dealt with. Maybetheir employees could use a bit more training in their job and how to make a persons food.. More training in customer servicemight not be a bad thing either!! Read more
This Sheetz is near the campus of James Madison University. Even though there was steady customers due to a home football game... Friday, service was quick and accurate for my Made To Order salad. Filled up with gas and got a discount using my Sheetz card. I will return to this store next time I'm in the area. Read more
