It's Thursday June 29th 2022! I'm so Hungry after being at RMH all Morning. So, I Ordered Online at Taco Bell. It's Much Easier... to do so. You can Customize Your Whole Order!! I Love to Order My Food this Way. I Understand the "Lack of Help" but You got myOrder mixed up with a "Mike Green" and I am "Elizabeth Green" ... I ordered (2) Cheddar Chalupa Combos, 2 Cheesey Roll-ups, (1)Classic Cheesey Double Beef Burrito with (2) Mango Whipped Freezes & (2) Mountain Dews. When I get to the Window, I spokeClearly saying "I ordered online, my name is Elizabeth Green" The Guy says "Yeah ok drive up!" There is a New Guy in Training atCashier. I get it Okay ... I?ve only been to this Taco Bell a handful of times but they?ve been wonderful to deal with. I had stopped in to use the... restroom there as I know it is usually clean. Their dining room wasn?t open but a kind employee let me in to use the restroom.They are friendly and work hard to please their customers. This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst managed franchises I've ever met. Out of beef at 6PM. How are you out of BEEF? It's... the primary meat that goes into 60% of the food here. Not to mention closing early, understaffed, orders wrong all thetime. Don't get me wrong, I understand staffing issues. But supplies of all thing, they should be covered on.
