4 of us for dinner, three steaks and the salmon. All were excellent. The most impressive part of our meal however was KAYLYN our... server. Given the circumstances that she had to inform us twice that our steak/Prime Rib choices were unavailable at that time,we knew she wasn't looking forward to telling us. We assured her we understood that it wasn't her fault and engaged infriendly conversation to lighten the atmosphere. Her smile was contagious and we informed her manager that she was wonderful tous. All except for a host seating us in a suction that didn't have its whiter at work yet and waiting a little longer than suspected... the customer service was great and we had a very friendly waitress and the food was fantastic and I was very satisfied allexcept for the prices of the food which was a little bit too expensive for my budget. The main reason I was at the location isbecause it was my birthday and I was being treated by my mother to go wherever I wanted to and I hadn't had a chance to try thisrestaurant out and compare it to other places to see who was the best. The food was very delicious and satisfactory but unlessit is my birthday and I'm being treated again I do not think I will go back because it's really not affordable. Read more
Did mobile call-ahead seating and we were seated within minutes of arriving. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and great with... our son. Food came out quickly. Cactus blossom was made hot and fresh. Inside of cactus blossom was a bit undercooked, but therest of it was made just right. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered (medium and medium-rare). The wife enjoyed her bakedpotato and I thought the loaded sweet potato was cooked well, had plenty of marshmallows, but was a bit lacking in brownsugar. The kiddo wasn't able to thoroughly enjoy his cheeseburgers and green beans after scarfing down so many rolls and onionpedals. I would definitely recommend this location and will plan to visit again. First time that the food was terrible. First time the manager sent a waitress to handle their job. I didn't want half off, which... they didn't do anyway. I wanted them to let the kitchen staff know to avoid the same issue for another guest. Rediculous. Read more
We went there before the big dinner crowd on a weekday and we were served immediately by a very friendly staff. They were... extremely attentive brought us these fresh delicious rolls which were unsurpassed in this area. We would’ve been happy justwith that but we ordered salmon and a steak and both were perfectly cooked and everything was hot. The wait staff gave excellentservice. There would be absolutely no reason why I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant. Our server did say that happy hour hasbeen discontinued which likely would be problematic to people that drink. We have always loved Texas Roadhouse and their curbside experience was great during the pandemic. Unfortunately, this is no... longer the case. They reduced the number of curbside spaces to a fraction of what they had before. So, you still have to go inand pick up food because you can’t text a parking space number. Food and service has been consistently disappointing as well.Still good service and food quality for dine-in, but avoid to-go and curbside. Our order tonight was delivered 30 minutes pastquoted pickup time, served cold, and missing several side items. This is the second time this has happened in the last month andno apology or explanation given. Step it up Roadhouse- you used to be great! Read more
