We stopped in after the usual breakfast time for brunch. We have dined here before and it has been a positive experience.The... staff great you with a happy "Hello" and we snagged a booth. Our table was clean and the waitress was immediately ready to takeour order. This was her 2nd day on the job and her trainer was with her to help. I watched the staff as our food was prepared.Everyone was pleasant to each other and worked as a team. I did hospitality service for 7 years and I recognize when people takepride in their job and value their team members. Braco crew! Within 15 minutes we received our food as it was ordered. Weenjoyed our meal, paid the tab and thanked the crew as we left to finish errands. We give them 5 stars! Read more
Absolutely terrible!! We waited for almost an hour and left. The hostess was selective on who she seated. It didn't matter who... came first. There were three empty stools at the counter which we could have sat down at. They never cleared tables toaccommodate people who were waiting. The manager never turned away from the grill to see what was happening. We watched as theyonly waited on the people at the counter and 4 tables. They literally left dirty table so the wait staff didn't have to serve.Do better!!! Read more

Food was good, service was good, not my 1st time there. If you want someplace to get a decent mail, with the close in cafeteria... experience of earlier times, this is a good place to eat. Yes, they do take and their food is cooked to order so there's aminute to wait. Service with a smile and attention to detail, doesn't leave you wondering where the waiter went. Enjoy! Read more

Still awesome food service. Busy as All get out Be nice, tip well, these folks are great. Our first trip back post plague.... Really scaled down menu, smaller portions, no more home fries all the way. The food was as good as it ever was coffee was theirclassic blend prices have gone up more than a little. Don't get me wrong, I love waffle house. I always know I can visit one and get exactly the kinda food I'm hungry for. The... cooks here are doing their job. But over the past months maybe even a year. This one has always been understaffed. Theyusually won't seat but half the restaurant, causing backups inside the door. The demeanor of the employees is depressing. I've been to Waffle houses where you felt like home, everyone saying hi/bye and wishing you a great day. I hope this one getsit's act together. Read more
