I can never get a burger here without them messing it up. Every time I come through I order on the app to make the process... easier and ask for no onions or cheese on the burger and without fail, every time they put those on my burger. I am lactoseintolerant and I can't eat the burger with cheese. I can never safely get anything from the restaurant unless its nuggets. Read more
Walked in I had already placed my order with the app. But the cashier was not up front. Had to stand there for about 6 minutes... maybe longer. When they did show up they was nice. This one is definitely faster at the drive thru. Read more
As with most Wendy's the service could be faster but the staff was friendly. I ate the new hot honey chicken sandwich and it... tasted very good. Hot but not over hot. Wife ate a hamburger and son ate chicken nuggets. I will say Wendy's fries have gottenway better in recent times as well Read more
I don't know what's happened to Wendy's over the years but it used to be my favorite FF restaurant. The fries used to be... wonderful. The chicken was once delicious. It didn't matter what you ordered from there, it was terrific... Now it's juststraight awful overpriced garbage and I will never go back. It's a real shame... This Wendy's location is an easy access off the I81/33E exit. It is easy to get back on the interstate. The food was fresh and... service was excellent. I love their taco salad with chili. Rick loves a great chicken sandwich and crispy fries. We both gave 5stars for meal quality. Rick also tried the strawberry frosty and stated it was just as flavorful as the chocolate Frosty. Nowhe has a choice the next time we come through. Also by request: they will make an Arnold Palmer iced tea (half unsweetenedtea/half lemonade) that is refreshingly delish! Try it yourself and tell them it came highly recommended in our 5 Star googlereview! The dining room, condiment station and bathrooms were CLEAN. All told we had a great dining in experience. It's not like it was 6 months ago. I realize fast food is full of young and inexperienced good and that's fine but the staff... there's did not have the ability to solve problems. I ordered through the app for drive thru, said so on my order, went throughthe drive through and was told I had to go inside because it"didn't pop up on the drive through" ok I say, I go in & the linewas 10 people do with 5 waiting on their food. I waited inside for 11 mins and the line NEVER moved and only one of thosewaiting got their food. They need help! Read more
1. The dining room is closed.. there is no reason for this especially since every other place is open. 2..No one in the... drive-thru at all. I went to the speaker and a woman said "I'll be with you in a minute". I waited for FIVE MINUTES saying"hello" and nothing. 3. There is absolutely no excuse for this.
