So if you have a mobile order and go thru the busy drive thru, they tell you they won't/can't/not going to take mobile orders... thru drive thru. So had to wait in drive thru for everyone else to get their food then park and go inside and wait in lineagain. Really??? Really need to get a better system or fix what's broken with the current system... Read more
Multiple new flavors of lemonade. I always get MANGO flavored everything... BUT I was torn between 2 flavors. The gentleman... working was so friendly and enthusiastic about both flavors in question, that I nearly bought both. One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Absolutely horrible. Ordered online, gave them 40 minutes to make the... order. I get there, they lost the receipt and gave pretty much 3 bags of random food. The girl was extremely rude and keptrolling her eyes at us because THEY couldn?t get orders right. The place was absolutely dead so there was no reason theyshouldn?t have the order correct. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and just down right awful. Will not be back. Read more
Doesn?t even deserve a star. Went to this Wendy?s ordered my usual the 4 for $4. I ordered jr bacon hamburger with spicy... nuggets. I get to work and i have plain nuggets and find a hair wrapped around my hamburger. I go back to the store and themanger seems determined for me to get more food which I declined (lost my appetite)..I asked for a refund and now I have to waitfor a check to come in the mail. Waiting for corporate to contact me back. This Wendy?s is the worse I have been to. Manger wasvery rude. I will not return. Read more
The help there is great, but there's not enough of them and the drink machine was not working.
