Decided to come here to get coffee instead of Starbucks, waited 20 mins in the drive thru trying to get a workers attention so... we can order, just kept hearing giggling from the workers on the other side of the mic, so decided to just go inside and orderinstead, workers were laughing and talking about a car waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. I understand companies are having a hard time finding people even wanting to work. But hiring someone who really don't want to... be there is almost worse. I ordered 9 donuts. 2 maple bars 2 chocolate bars 2 apple fritters 3 chocolate crullers. Put thecrullers in the bottom, the the maple on top, but under the apple fritters. In a small bag. Well with everything all smashtogether. I had to ask for a bag to separate them and with the donuts being soft, (at least they were fresh) all the icing stuckto each other and the bag. And just wasn't worth the effort for a refund, for those. and don't order any heated products. Idon't have time to get into that.
