Went for dinner for four? Waited for service for 20minutes, finally got a drink menu ordered and never received drinks? asked... twice for them never got them. Ordered food never got it finally got one salad side delivered and no utensils were given becausethey had none ?prepared? food/ drinks never came after waiting almost an hour and a half? walked out and was told thanks forcoming and hope to see you again from one of our servers on way out of door. My husband and I stopped in for lunch on our trip to Hanover, the atmosphere looked good, the food was OK, nothing too special... but the waiter although very nice, everything was so slow, getting our menus to our drinks and then sitting for 20 minutes justwaiting for the bill and I specifically said when we asked for the bill to make sure he brings the machine to pay, but he had togo and get it again, leaving us sitting there again. It was frustrating that there wasn't that many tables but yet we waitedway too long. Read more
We had the 2 plate appetizers, deep fried pickles and bam bam shrimp. Very good. For our lunch we had the specials Greek burger... and fries and the honey mustard crispy chicken wrap and fries. Both were very good. Good portions. Good flavours. Would go backwhen in the area. Read more
Stopped for lunch on our drive to Collingwood and was pleasantly surprised. The interior was clean, the bathrooms might need a... little attention, the atmosphere was enjoyable and the food amazing. We ordered spin dip, salads, wraps and sandwiches andalthough the service was really slow once we got the food it was worth the wait. My only gripe was the waitress holding thesandwich up with her finger saying it fell over, that's what toothpicks are for. And even if it fell don't put your fingers insomeone's food. I would recommend stopping here for a leisurely meal, not when you're on a time crunch. Read more
Went here for dinner and figured I?d sit down for a quick meal ( assuming an average dinner around 45-1hr long) first me and my... wife sat for 10 minutes watching waiters talk and clean tables before they brough a menu? another 5 minute went by before we gotasked for drinks which we promptly ordered? we watched them make our drinks, and again waited close to 5 minutes to order food.( no drinks delivered yet) 15 minutes or so went by and they finally brought our drinks ( a Diet Coke and a ice tea) and thantold us our apps will be right out, THIRTY FIVE minutes late he told us they lost our apps order so they are making it now?again almost an hour into sitting. Got the apps it was good. Food came about 10 minutes after. It was a good burger. But allsaid and done in the door and out the door I was an hour of waiting for just apps. A hour and 10 for food from order time. Definitely would not recommend if you are hungry or in a hurry. Read more
We ordered take out on route to the cottage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pulled pork pizza was awesome! Great dough! Kids... loved their cheeseburgers "Better than Harvey's" one said. Read more
We went to Harry's this past Saturday (party of 5). We were seated very quickly and greeted by our kind waiter. We ordered some... appetizers as well as our food. The appetizer came quickly and was very good....after that we waited a very long time for ourmeals. When we asked our waiter, he checked with the kitchen who had remade thr appetizer, but never started on the mainsbecause the appetizer was st sitting there. The waiter was very apologetic....at this time we asked to go inside as it was coldon the patio. This was accommodated. When our food came, my husband was given a pizza instead of a panzerotti that he ordered.He wasn't willing to wait longer so ate the pizza (we were charged panzerotti price). The waiter was very apologetic but therewas definitely a lack of communication happening. The good was good, and staff were nice but definitely some bettercommunication! Read more
Absolutely love it here. Usually come with my friend on Thursdays. Slowly making my way through the menu. All sorts of fish and... chips that are delectable. Pastas are a safe but great option. Handheld and burgers are extremely filling. And a large varietyof pizza and appetizers for any occasion. Read more
