It always amazes that the workers there can't even seem to get simple orders right. I place my orders online, which usually... amounts to about $30.00 worth of stuff between breakfast sandwiches and drinks for my family and I, and request for pickup inthe drive-thru. However, it never fails, that I drive up to the window, they hand me the drinks, then walk away like that'sthat. Then they're looking at you with a questionable look on their face, they reopen the window, when at that point I have toask for the food I ordered. Really??!! This is the worst dunkin around. Every time I go something is wrong. The employees are lazy, take shortcuts, ignore order... requests and don't know how to correctly make half the coffees. Sounds like they need better management and training. Don'tbother going after 4 if you want espresso in your coffee because the machine will be "being cleaned" and unavailable. Ive alsobeen there a half hour before close and been told they're "out of coffee". I was just there today and there was a dog in theback kitchen. Pretty sure that violates some health codes. Nasty. Ok.. here I go again. And ya know what.... I love the place. It's location is scenic.. historical. Off the highway and situated... in the perfect place. Far enough away from the busy.. yet close enough to many businesses. My sister and I have been making ita routine to get coffee here. After all, it's DUNKIN'. A traditional and brand since as long as remembered. Rich and robust...Also they're more than just donuts... Of which they offer a tempting assortment. They have quite a variety on the menu. Theservice ... Friendly.. and cheerful. I find when my sister and I dine... The place is bright and at times busy. Positive. Theparking generous. Easy drive in and exit. Not for nothing... This is not usual of this location but we ordered our coffees Friday morning June 25th at 9:10am, the cashier gave us only One... of our two drinks, we advised we ordered two and she (also no mask being worn while the entire staff has one on) continued togive us poor customer service with a lot of unnecessary attitude and very rude. Everyone else was nice but her. We come to thislocation often and had no issues until today. Hope her day gets better. God bless. Read more

Worst Dunkin? Donuts in the Burrillville Area. I made a purchase for 5 people, and how was everyone?s order made wrong. Coffee... has a label on it staying regular cream but the coffee is just black. Plain bagel with cream cheese that taste like onion. Andthat is caused by cross contamination. If you use a knife on a onion bagel it should be washed not reused on a plain bagel. Whatif I was allergic to onions. Ps. Management this Dunkin? has a bunch of employees that prefer to smoke cigarettes out side thenwork. They are also rude. Please revamp your staff Read more

I only purchased a bottle of water and I'm not sure about the consistency of this locations coffee. However the reason I gave... this location 4 stars, was the fact that the staff were extremely helpful and willing to explain directions for me. They didn'tseem bothered or put out of their way, but rather happy to help. Good staff goes a long way! Read more

The one at Broncos crossing leaves much to be desired. Our iced coffees tasted like water. The one waitress was rude and charged... us $2 extra dollars to add an espresso shot and another pump of flavoring; just to make it take like coffee. After beingcharged, a second waitress came out from the back and said "I just tasted the coffee, and I agree it is very watery. " sheoffered to remake our coffees, but it would be 5 minutes to brew the pot. In the mean time, the rude waitress would not let herrefund our $2 extra dollars it cost to fix the original one. I said " forget it, you just charged me to fix a bad order andwont refund the extra money you charged me to make it correctly". I caught the rude lately flipping me off as I walkedout.
